We are kicking off our 4th year in business with 2 exciting new beers.
Forrest had an idea a few months back to add vanilla straight to a keg of our Ost porter. The results were tasty enough that we decided to make a 15 barrel batch of it. We added vanilla bean extract directly to the brite tank. We’re getting all kinds of fun feedback on this one such as “tastes like a candy bar” and “tastes just like melted ice cream”. Keg only release.
We are also proud to announce our 2nd ever collaboration with Mark Schoppe, 2-time Ninkasi award winner. This is a lovely pale Weizenbock that weighs in at 7.3% and features German malts, hops and yeast. Your taste buds may find notes of caramel, clove, and banana bread. Only 120 bottles exist. The rest was kegged up. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
